Increasing your swing speed with SuperSpeed leads to a more athletic. powerful, and consistent golf swing. 20 more yards off the tee leads to about 2 less clubs into every green, closer proximity to the hole, more greens in regulation, less bogies, and more birdies.
WHAT IS OVERSPEED TRAINING?
Your brain remembers how fast your body usually moves when you make a golf swing. Overspeed Training works by making your body more faster than normal during the training gradually causing the brain to remember this faster speed.

THREE TRAINING CYCLES, FIVE LEVELS
The SuperSpeed Overspeed training program consists of three training cycles, organizes five different protocols. Each cycle involves a primary training phase and maintenance phase allowing you to get the most out of your speed training.
FORCE PEDAL AND SUPERSPEED
Using the ground well in the golf swing is the start to creating speed and power. Utilizing the Force Pedals, a SuperSpeed Club, and your own golf clubs, this protocol helps you improve Ground Reacion Forces in your Golf Swing. Specifically you will learn to create more forces, improve specific paint of application of forces, and improve the timing of forces during your golf swing.
COUNTERWEIGHT SPEED TRAINING
Counterweight training with the SuperSpeed C and Junior C training clubs alters the physics of the golf club applying the concept of Overspeed training to the arms and hands during the downswing. This training can be done on its own, after doing our three club training for any length of time, or simultaneously with our three club training.
